The District Grand Lodge of Madras

The District Grand Lodge of Madras (DGL) is an organisation established by the United Grand Lodge of England (UGLE) in accordance with its Book of Constitutions. The head of the DGL is known as the District Grand Master, who is appointed by the Grand Master of the UGLE in London. The DGL serves as the governing body that supervises various Lodges within the District, which encompasses the entire southern region of India.
